Between 2020 and 2022, SSRV received funding from the Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner Grants Program to design and develop an online resource that helps people with the Disability Support Pension. SSRV used a human centred design process, and a focus on technology, to deliver DSP Help. While the project has ended, DSP Help remains a valuable resource which SSRV continues to maintain and support.
DSP Help might be of assistance to you if you are someone you are supporting is applying for the Disability Support Pension, appealing a rejected claim, or needs to gather or produce medical evidence for a claim or appeal.
